
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – MODERNBINA

At MODERNBINA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Please carefully read through this policy to understand the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted. By purchasing from MODERNBINA, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
✔ The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags and seals intact.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
✖ Opened or used skincare products, cosmetics, or personal care items for hygiene reasons.
✖ Products that have been damaged, altered, or tampered with.
✖ Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
✖ Gift cards, promotional items, or sale products.
🚨 Important: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refer to Section 7 for instructions on how to return or exchange the item.
2. RETURN PROCESS
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:
✔ Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@modernbina.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
✔ Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
✔ Step 3: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RAN inside.
✔ Step 4: Ship the return item to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MODERNBINA is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
✔ Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
🚨 Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request an exchange:
✔ Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@modernbina.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
✔ Step 2: After our team reviews your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
✔ Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
🚨 Important: Exchanges are only processed for the same item or a product of equal or lesser value if the original item is out of stock.
4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
✖ Opened or used skincare products, cosmetics, or personal care items.
✖ Products with broken seals or missing original packaging.
✖ Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
✖ Gift cards and promotional items.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
✔ Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
✔ Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
✔ We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
🚨 Important: Shipping fees and transaction charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
✔ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order if the order has not yet been processed.
✔ Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
✔ Step 2: Our team will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
✔ For international orders, return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
✔ International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
🚨 Important: If customs fees are not paid by the recipient, the package may be returned or discarded. MODERNBINA is not responsible for these fees, and no refunds will be issued in these cases.
