Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with ModernBina. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange according to the guidelines outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with packaging intact.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- For health and hygiene reasons, certain products such as opened or used skincare items may not be eligible for a return or refund. Please check product-specific return instructions before purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@modernbina.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will guide you on the next steps, including how to ship the product back to us. You may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, including packaging.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Full Refund: If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
- Partial Refund: In some cases, such as damaged or opened products, a partial refund may be issued.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item for damaged or defective products.
8. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a return or refund. Sale items are not eligible unless they are defective or damaged.
9. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
